Central New York based, CopperTop has been family owned and operated since the
doors opened at the Cicero location in November of 2007. The interior is European
inspired with dark woods, rich colors and of course, a copper topped bar. The
ambiance is a relaxed and social atmosphere with a menu that offers an eclectic
blend of American dishes with European and Asian influences.
Creating a successful, versatile menu is like creating a work of art. Motivated
by experiences gained during our travels around the world, we drew inspiration
from many of the cultures we visited. Combining that with years of experience,
many talents, and quality, fresh ingredients we have artfully crafted dishes
that appeal to all of the senses.
Providing a memorable dining experience is our passion. We believe there is
only one way to provide exceptional food. Create
from scratch, every day. We use traditional cooking methods starting with
the freshest raw ingredients, no pre-made sauces, no frozen ingredients and no
shortcuts. We pride ourselves on our homemade food using local ingredients when
possible. We owe a special thank you to the farmers and purveyors who provide
us with the finest produce, cheese, meat and more allowing us to craft the
perfect selection of dishes.
Complementing our dedication in the
kitchen is an ambitious bar that boasts over 80 draft lines between two
locations with carefully selected flavors from several local craft breweries
and many others from around the world. Our flair for artistry also crosses over
into our bar. Over 22 handcrafted martinis made with fresh ingredients and top
quality spirits dominate the cocktail menu.
We’re proud to say that most of our staff has been with us for quite some time.
All of us, staff plus family are humbled and honored to have had the privilege
of serving Central New York for over 40 years. We take special pride in being a
family business. We remain actively involved in day-to-day operations and unconditionally
